Sedgley Woods is home to one of the oldest permanent disc golf pole hole courses in the world, located within Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, PA. Established in 1977 and maintained by the Friends of Sedgley Woods, this 27-hole course offers a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels, with events held throughout the year.
The club hosts organized rounds known as Tags three times a week, monthly Pro Am singles tournaments, and the annual Philadelphia Disc Golf Open, attracting competitors from across the country. In addition, the Friends of Sedgley Woods conduct regular volunteer workdays to maintain the course, fostering a strong sense of community among disc golf enthusiasts.

A fun course in the city! The holes are very close together so watch out for any discs coming from beginners on another hole. I got hit twice in one day ha
