Very nice folks. Cash only, unfortunately. The quality of the haircut does differ markedly depending on who cuts your hair.

This place isn't hard to find! They have a free parking lot that can only hold about 5 cars or so, otherwise you have to park by the meters which is about $1/hr so not bad. They accept walk ins...
