They make mistakes and then you get to pay for that. What I had to pay after the fact was not cheap and I'm glad my policy was ending. DO NOT CONSIDER GETTING INSURANCE FROM THEM.

If you have an auto policy issue, you're better off just calling the insurance agency itself rather than deal with these guys. Completely unhappy with the added stress caused by these guys.
