Sapporo East (San Sushi) opened it's first location in Cockeysville, Maryland in the early 90's. As of today, we have a total of 4 locations (listed below). Thanks to the votes of our loyal customers, we have received a number of awards over these years in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Sapporo East (San Sushi) not only keeps it's traditional Japanese dishes but is also introducing sushi eaters to a more modern style Sushi, by creating new rolls and appetizers with ingredients from all over the world.
To assure freshness of the fish, all fish are carefully picked by our experience chef from Baltimore fish market every other day and delivered to individual locations. Our goal is to create a clean and friendly atmosphere for friends and families to enjoy delicious and healthy Japanese dishes.
