Sango Kura is Pennsylvania’s first and only Sake brewery serving premium craft Junmai Ginjo Sake. We also produce craft beers in our separate beer brewing facility on site. To accompany these ferments we offer scratch made ramen, and small shareable dishes including karaage fried chicken, gyoza, seaweed salad, and kimchi also fermented on site. Sango Kura also offers tours of our facility with booking in advance.
