Samir Mehta, MD

Samir Mehta, MD is an attending physician in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has received additional training in Orthopedic Trauma. Dr. Mehta has published several papers in orthopaedic journals and has expertise in surgical fixation of fractures and joint reconstruction.

Dr. Mehta completed his medical education at Temple University School of Medicine and his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington. Dr. Mehta is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He provides orthopaedic care at both the main hospital and the King of Prussia campus of CHOP.
