Salfid Rescue Inc., founded in 2005 by Debra Curley, is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and puppies from overpopulated shelters across various states. With a commitment to saving all breeds and ages, the rescue works with established relationships in shelters in Virginia, Philadelphia, Alabama, West Virginia, Tennessee, and beyond, saving approximately 200-300 dogs each year.

Upon arrival, dogs undergo a 14-day isolation period for wellness exams and necessary vaccinations before moving to foster homes, where they receive training and love until they find their forever families. salfid needs to have dogs evaluated before being placed in homes to ensure they are a good fit for the home. also, they need to vet the people working from them a bit better, and should not have...
