First time at this saladworks. I ordered my salad only 10 minutes before my arrival and it was ready and waiting for me. It was fresh and prepared how I ordered.

Rudest manager ever. Salad was wilted, soggy, and it tasted awful. I asked for a refund and was completely brushed off. I asked for the manager name and it refused to give it me. Horrible horrible...

Rude... horrible service...had to walk behind the counter into the back prep room to find two chit chatting on phones laughing it up. Ask for someone to provide service was told to go . No...

I get salads here about once a week. The service is always efficient and friendly. The salads are put together well & filling. The lite ranch dressing is excellent.
