had my windshield replaced by Safelite and it formed a crack. I called for info on the warranty and they have no info on the work order how is that even possibly?

Rear window on driver's side was broken. They came within two days. Kept me informed on arrival time. Good job replacing window. Not so good on clean up. Big pieces of broken glass still on back...
