I have never had a therapist tell me that they cannot perform a tele-appointment without video and actually be a source of stress in the interaction. I would recommend NOT having therapy here...

This practice is highly unprofessional. Genie the office staff is incredibly rude, dismissive and mocking. Ms. Rosemary is short, not flexible or a good communicator. Avoid this practice at all costs.
