Dr. Brader completed an internship in preliminary internal medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania Scheie Eye Institute in Philadelphia.She continued her training as a retina fellow at Harvard Medical School Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received the Heed Ophthalmic Foundation Fellowship Award.Dr. Brader has received numerous other awards and honors, including Philadelphia Magazine/Castle Connolly Top Doctor, designation as Fellow of the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the practice has received the ASRS Retina Practice Commitment to Quality Award.
