The Rittenhouse Claridge Management is unethical and immoral. They require residents to sign their lease as is with no changes and then they refuse to stand by their own words in their own lease....

Additionally I just got my lease renewal and in addition to raising the rent 10% it's only for a 9 month lease. A 12 month lease apparently costs more. It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever...
