Had a mix of coffee custard and rootbeer ice. great flavor. The staff is very cool and even encouraged me to take my time when I was looking over the menu (so I didn't feel rushed).

Would not give my kids the free ice for the first day of spring even though their site clearly said if you download their app that your kids would get it free. Don't seem to care about customer...

This was my first experience at Rita's and the cashier was VERY helpful/patient with me picking out what I wanted from the VERY large selection. Also....their portions are HUGE and their prices...

Ever since new owners took over the customer service is horrible!! They are blatantly rude, like customers are a burden!
