Since acquiring the bakery in February 2019, Hillary and Kristin Clovis, alongside their family, have focused on preserving and sharing this unique bread-making tradition that honors their late grandmothers.

Operating from the Monongalia County Food Innovation Center, Rising Creek Bakery commits to quality and authenticity in each loaf of bread. By transitioning their baking facility from Mount Morris, PA, to Morgantown, WV, they strive to concentrate fully on the craft of Salt Rising Bread while continuing to operate their restaurant, Rising Creek 2 Tutto Gelato, nearby.
