Founded in 1991, SunDance Rehabilitation is one of the largest providers of contract rehabilitative services in the United States. It serves customers in more than 35 states. The organization offers long-term care and rehabilitative therapy services. SunDance Rehabilitation provides rehabilitative services in subacute, nursing and independent living centers. It also offers rehabilitative services at acute care hospitals and continuous care retirement communities. SunDance Rehabilitation offers a range of wellness programs that includes cardiovascular exercise and aerobic fitness, balance and functional mobility training, energy conservation, lifestyle education, joint protection, and safety and fall prevention. Shenandoah Manor Nursing Center is a more than 100-bed skilled nursing facility located in Shenandoah, Pa. The center features a complete physical, occupational and speech therapy department, gathering rooms for group activities and weekly church services, beauty salon, an outside courtyard and a dining area. It is staffed by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, therapists and other licensed health care professionals. It offers respite care, wellness exercise programs, housekeeping services and health professionals to assist in taking medication, dressing, bathing, walking and making appointments. The center also offers on-premise laboratory and X-ray services. Shenandoah Manor Nursing Center accepts various health insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross/BlueShield and Geisinger Heath Plan. It is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
