Concordia Lutheran Ministries, founded in 1882, offers a range of health care and assisted living services. Its services include transportation, meals, housekeeping, laundry and linens. It assists residents with bathing and personal hygiene, mobility, medication and wound care. It provides a variety of therapies for individuals with Alzheimer s disease. It also offers various rehabilitation programs, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies. Its additional services include hospice, skilled nursing and adult day care. In addition, it offers physician and laboratory services, X-ray facilities and 24-hour nursing support. It organizes various events that include fashion shows, golf outings and annual festivals.
