Collinsburg Volunteer Fire Hall
The Collinsburg Volunteer Fire Company, chartered in 1967, is dedicated to providing fire and rescue protection to the residents of Rostraver Township. With a history that includes the purchase of their first fire apparatus, a 1939 American LaFrance engine, the company has grown to include a robust fleet and specialized teams for water rescue and emergency response.
Currently, the fire company operates six fire apparatus, including a Pierce engine and a Zodiac boat, to address a variety of emergency situations ranging from structure fires to swift water rescues. Significant additions, such as a bingo hall for community engagement, complement their mission of serving the community effectively while fostering a spirit of volunteerism amongst its members.
