HistoryIn May of 2010 Reflex Jiu Jitsu was established by two of this area's most passionate practitioners of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Under the unrelenting dedication and passion of the two owner/operators, Reflex Jiu Jitsu has quickly became the best place to recieve BJJ training and the only place to learn traditional Gracie Jiu Jitsu in our small region of PA.
