History
Previously a fine dining restaurant located on the major route to Lancaster called the Rathskelor (1960's), then renamed to the Phase Three (1970's), later The Dock (1980's) and finally a franchise named Your Place Family Restaurant (1989-1990). Then in 1991 Frank Spagnolo established the Red Rose Restaurant and Lounge (named after a famous restaurant in Montreal-La Rosa Rossa) and later passed on to sons Nick and Giuseppe Spagnolo in 2011.

great service and amazing food The servers were great. had an amazing memorable time. Nothing was negative. And it's just a very nice family owned place.
