History
Previously a fine dining restaurant located on the major route to Lancaster called the Rathskelor (1960's), then renamed to the Phase Three (1970's), later The Dock (1980's) and finally a franchise named Your Place Family Restaurant (1989-1990). Then in 1991 Frank Spagnolo established the Red Rose Restaurant and Lounge (named after a famous restaurant in Montreal-La Rosa Rossa) and later passed on to sons Nick and Giuseppe Spagnolo in 2011.
