History

Martial Arts taught the traditional way - in an intimate, family atmosphere where deep friendships are developed and leadership skills are nurtured. The Healing Arts center is a new addition that offers varied workshops on topics such as meditation, reiki, energy healing, mindfulness, drum circles and women support groups. One-on-one energy healing sessions are offered to de-stress and relieve pain.

We are a family Martial Arts center - your entire family can train together. Leadership skills, small class sizes and individual mentoring from master instructor with over 35 years of experience. Our Healing center offers experiential workshops and one-on-one energy healing sessions.
