Jade Corporation, founded in 1946 and based in Huntingdon Valley, Pa., is a company that is involved in the design, development and manufacturing of specialized engineered machine parts, specialty tooling and production machines. Germantown Tool & Manufacturing began in 1955 as a small, Philadelphia-based tool and die shop. With more than a half-century of experience, we have grown to become a diversified metal fabricator and metal engineering supplier, employing over 40 highly skilled people. The company currently occupies a 40,000 ft2 manufacturing and warehouse space in Huntingdon Valley, a suburb of Philadelphia, PA.We supply a broad range of component parts and complete assemblies to a number of markets. H & K Tool & Machine Company offers a range of tooling, machining and contract metal stampings. It provides warehousing, plating, heat treating, welding and grinding services. The company is an ISO 9001-certified organization. Established in 1988, H & K Tool & Machine Company also offers deburring and repair solutions. The company maintains a more than 30,000-square-foot facility. It has a fleet of grinders, milling machines and lathes. The company offers a range of engineering, brazing, tooling and inspection services, as well as dies and fixtures. In addition, H & K Tool & Machine Company operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
