once in a while you get to write: 1 star because i couldnt give it zero stars. i did not hand wash. i went through the automatic wash - and the automatic wash sucked. terrible. waste of $$....

Lackluster, my car still had a lot of dirt on it after, and they don't have hand dryers so there are water spots all over my car. Good for a surface clean but nothing more.
