AMS Electronics provides electronic contract manufacturing support to a variety of customers in eight U.S. states. The company serves a niche market of small- to medium-volume customers. AMS Electronics offers circuit board assembly for various applications, which includes computers. The company also manufactures wiring harness and cable assemblies. In addition, AMS offers a comprehensive range of services, including new product design, reverse engineering, first-run assembly, materials procurement, encapsulation and final closure, documentation control, first article approval, functional testing, date coding and the serialization of products. AMS Electronics is based in Butler, Pa., and has been in business since 1989.
