I needed to leave a stool test. For this I had to wait 2 hours. There is no one at the register. Patients' time must be valued. Is it really difficult to accept a stool test and let it go?

Very bad staff, couldn't help whatsoever for our labs done. Wasted our time and had a bad experience, don't recommend.
