I was greeted immediately and seated before my appointment time. Staff was courteous and efficient. Usually the phlebotomist sticks me several times, but just once here.

I'm not sure who took my blood, but she was literally watching Netflix on her phone the entire time I was in the room, including while she took my blood Completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
