About Us Quality Collision Inc. has been established since 1989, started by Steve Kaminstein, President and Owner. Steve started the business at a small garage in Noxen Township. Since that time he has grown and established four Collision Repair Centers, an Industrial Coatings Division, Commercial Truck and RV Repair Center and our newest service, a Mobile Onsite Glass Division. Our collision center extends from the Dallas and Kingston Area to Scranton and Williamsport, employing approximately 65 full time employees. Steve opened a new location in Clarks Summit which is his first venture into Lackawanna County.
