I can't say enough great things about this studio! I've exclusively just utilized the Spinning classes and loved them- but they also offer Pilates, Tabata, Bootcamp type classes, Kettlebell etc....

This place does NOT know how to properly instruct a spin class. I've been to amazing spin classes in New York City and LA and this is absolutely not worth the price. The extremely heavy weights...

So much fun!!!! Love this place! If you are looking for a fast-paced workout, then this is it! You set your own pace. The room is darkened and everyone can enjoy the music and big screen TVs.
