Awful. They substantially increase your rate a few months after you've already moved your stuff in so you have basically no choice but to pay it. They will continue to raise your rate numerous...

Substantial yearly increases. $53.00 per month more in May of 2023, and I just received a notification that my rate is being raised by $68.00 per month starting in May, 2024. F*@#ing ridiculous....
