Shady business practices, they have me filing a claim in 2021 which I never did. They raise my premiums every time itn renews. This is the shadiest untrustworthy insurance company there is.

If a minus zero was a choice, that would be it. Customer service is embarrassingly inept and have limited knowledge of insurance rates, etc. Don't waste your energy here! The rates are higher here...
