Community Skilled Health Care Centre provides long-term heath care services. It is licensed by the Ohio Department of Health and it operates from two facilities, which includes Community Skilled Health Care and Community Commons Assisted Living centres. It provides a wide range of retirement housing and health care services, including residential and assisted living. It also provides medical services, including podiatry, dentistry, optometrist and optician, nursing care and rehabilitation services. It offers a wide range of resident services, such as housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance and transportation services. The centre also offers licensed social workers, and it supports Medicare and Medicaid insurances. Community Skilled Health Care Centre is located in Warren, Ohio.
