I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst management group in Philadelphia. Not worth renting from. Keep their housing poorly managed and blame tenants for their mistakes. Not renewing another year...

these people will let anyone in with cash with is good and bad no one likes a whole lot of work just to be able to rent ..with that being said you have to use judgement and take risks because...
