HistoryAfter having a private practice for many years, and teaching only friends and family, my business started after taking yoga training for myself to help me through a difficult time in my life when I was caretaker for my mother and going through a divorce. Yoga has always made such at positive difference in my life emotionally and physically. After encouragement from those close to me my business began to develop. I continue to learn and grow and by receiving training and certification in Reiki and Ayurveda which I also offer.
