The general manager was extremely rude. I was requesting a specific couch and he was being very nasty and laughing at me. I would hate to work for him. I do not know how he is the general manager....

I echo many of the negative reviews. I am ignored every time I walk in there. The only way you get attention from the snobby sales people is if you make an appointment and spend a ton of money....

Why are people who work here so unfriendly? They act like they're above you. I suppose if you don't fit a certain "look" they think you don't have the money to buy their stuff. Appalling.
