Pop's Kitchen and Taproom is a story of a father and his sons. After many years in construction we had the opportunity to venture out and start Pop's. Well, we weren't always called Pop's ... we were 'Interstate Market'. Doesn't exactly sound like a place for a burger and a beer, does it? While we've always served great sandwiches and breakfast, our full menu and ability to serve beer came later. More than 21 years in, we've gone through an expansion for more kitchen and seating, added our extensive selection of craft beer, underwent a much-needed name change and built a bar with a dozen taps. Pop is no longer with us and is missed greatly by all who knew him. So every day we do our best to honor him and make him proud.

Cheesesteak was good. Order at counter & they let you know when ready. Took about 10 minutes. Inside gas station with tables and chairs outside if you don't want to eat inside.

This place is a great stop for my road trips to New Jersey. I usually order the fried mushrooms and onion rings for snacking on the road. Have sat and ate a few times and food is always good....
