Banks are easy to hate. Good points here regarding superfluous, non-teller staff just basically wandering around sometimes The tellers are always friendly & efficient. It's basically a bank.

Here again 8 months later. Same issues. Long line, 1 teller and people standing around doing nothing. Maybe replace one of the 2 security guards or two+ managers with a teller?

I give them my money. They give me a plastic card. When I give the card to local establishments they accept it. That's about all I ask from my bank and that's what PNC provides.

Not a bad branch. On a side note, they let me use their restroom one time which I thought was cool seeing how they didnt ask if I was a customer. That counts for something. The people were nice...
