Founded in 1973 by Rosemarie Ferranto and her husband Robert, Buona Foods has become a leader in the mushroom industry, setting a new standard of excellence through their dedication to quality and business practices.

With 114,000 sq. ft. of growing space in 16 grow houses, Buona Foods produces 3 million pounds of mushrooms annually, offering a variety of fresh mushrooms including white, brown, and exotic varieties. They also provide dried mushrooms such as Chanterelle, Porcini, Morel, and Shiitake throughout the year.
