Absolutely, positively the worst directions and signage of any airport the country. Try to find your way from the cell phone lot to the exit of the parking lot and then try to find your way to the...

I love the traveler friendly layout plus lots of staff members to answer questions. Also lots of great places to eat and drink. A lot better experience from years ago. Good job Pittsburg
