The lazy woman couldn't even help me with a simple measuring for outfit. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and outrageous! Folks, if you want genuine customer service, do NOT go here!

Nancy is a wiz with special projects! I had a dress that was too short for my liking (I prefer midi/tea length), and she was able to extend my dress exactly to my fav length! Love it!
