Best brisket I ever had. Got the brisket fries as they were leaving a school function big portion, however I wish I had known how good they were, I would have bought two!

I had the pleasure of having Pigs In Paradise today at our soccer complex. My family each had something different, and every item was great. The brisket was juicy and flavorful and had nice bark....
