Rite Aid Corporation is one of the nation's leading drugstore chains. The company combines its store base, brand name, distribution centers and pharmacy technology with a team of approximately 70,000 full- and part-time associates serving customers in nearly 30 states. Rite Aid operates approximately 3,325 stores, reporting total sales of nearly $18 billion at the end of its 2006 fiscal year. In 1999, the company formed a strategic partnership with General Nutrition Companies, a specialty retailer of vitamins, mineral supplements, sports nutrition and herbal products. Together the companies market a line of vitamins and nutritional supplements. It has also partnered with the Internet pharmacy drugstore.com, which offers online health, beauty and pharmacy products. Mary F. Sammons has been the chief executive officer of Rite Aid for more than three years. She has been with the drug and retail company for over six years. Sammons earned a BA degree from Marylhurst College. Rite Aid Corporation is headquartered in Camp Hill, Pa.

Anthropologie was founded in 1992 by a small group of people with a belief in the magic of opening up to the unexplored. Its stores have been home to a variety of items, such as hand-beaded and dip-dyed vintage cashmere cardigans; sandals hand-built from the wooden heels up with vintage tie material and embroidered buttons; and the first quilt ever printed with 100 hand-cut blocks by artisans in Jaipur, India.
