Turtle Creek Valley MH/MR, Inc. was incorporated at a non-profit 501 C3 through a Model Cities Grant for the purpose of providing mental retardation services in the Turtle Creek Valley. A federal grant in 1980 established the organization as a community mental health center and services expanded to include outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential services and case management.
