Dr. Nam Duy Nguyen, DO, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in Rheumatology at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, where he cares for patients at Penn Medicine University City . He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University (2007) and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (2014). Dr. Nguyen completed his internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship through the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium and later served as Chief of Rheumatology at Keesler Air Force Base, where he also contributed as core faculty for the internal medicine training program. Dr. Nguyen served as a medical officer in the United States Air Force prior to joining the Penn Medicine team.
