Avoid Cranberry location. Rude front desk. I have had my hair done there many times, bought gift cards for friends, bought products and was made well aware that I am not a valued customer there....

Stylist did not understand when shown photos of requested haircut and when asked to leave hair length 2-3 in. Stylist kept cutting hair, shaved back of hair all when asked to leave hair longer....
