I showed up and the gate was closed a hour and a half before the scheduled time there was no attempt to let me know what was going on despite me waiting for a extra 15 mins

I was appalled when I walked in. They had 2 chinchillas who were kept in appalling conditions. Exposed wire flooring, plastic everywhere, no shelves, no chew toys, no hay or food pellets. I refuse...
