Oakwood Terrace is an assisted living community that offers treatment to people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The facility offers spiritual counseling, housekeeping, psychiatric consulting and medical management services. It features a barbershop, beauty salon, fire and smoke detection systems and private rooms. Each of its rooms features a cable television, refrigerator, cabinets and microwave. Oakwood Terrace also offers a variety of food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facility organizes various recreational activities, such as arts and crafts sessions and outings. It has a work force of registered and certified nurses, caregivers and support staff members. Oakwood Terrace is a part of the Christopher Place, which is a group of nonprofit senior care facilities.
