My problem is simple ... a pair of polarized sunglasses that cost about $34 have lenses that keep falling out of the frame after about a month of use. and oh btw, they are kept in a hard case....

Great customer service. I had a pair discontinued glasses and when they were unable to replace the lens they asked me to pick any pair I wanted for free. Who's does that anymore? Thanks Peppers!
