Penumbra Design, located in Jenkintown, PA, is dedicated to fostering a Global African Community through a Pan-African Cultural Exchange Sculpture Program. By engaging local artists, students, and cultural leaders, the organization aims to create site-specific sculptures that reflect and educate the public on the historical and contemporary experiences of African and African Descendant communities.

The Global Diaspora Community Sculpture Project not only uplifts Black artists but also serves as a platform for dialog on racial injustice and institutional racism.
