Pennsylvania Live Steamers
The Pennsylvania Live Steamers Inc., established in 1946, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the nation's mechanical and engineering heritage through the operation of a live steam railroad. With a diverse membership that enjoys trains and railroading, the club operates various scales of miniature railway equipment, welcoming both equipment owners and those who simply share a passion for railroading.
Located on a 5-acre site in Collegeville, PA, the club features multiple tracks, including 3,200 feet of 1-inch scale 7-gauge and an 800-foot multi-gauge loop. Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2022, the Pennsylvania Live Steamers fosters a spirit of cooperation among live steam railroaders, hosting events and gatherings that bring together enthusiasts from across the community.
