A nice place to visit nature and get away from the hustle and bustle. The park has a beautiful lake to boat or kayak on. There is a macadam trail over 6 miles long that goes around the whole park...

It's even better circa 2024 - restrooms, boat rentals, picnic areas and some new benches. We love it here for kayaking (get a permit from the county) and walking/running. And picnics.

Peace Valley is an amazing place, whether you are a regular visitor or happens to be going by. It is also for all seasons, almost good for all hours.
