Founded more than 75 years ago, Parkway Corporation is a family-owned business that designs, implements, markets and manages parking garages and parking lots in the United States and Canada. The company has nearly 100 locations totaling more than 30,000 parking spaces in more than 10 major markets from Jacksonville, Fla., to Toronto. Parkway owns or leases about one-half of the facilities it operates. The company has built several fully automated cashier-less parking facilities featuring revenue control systems that offer a high degree of automation, cost savings and efficiency. In addition, the company employs a data warehouse that integrates data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of all aspects of financial and parking operations across its technology-enabled facilities and back office systems.
